RGIT Australia’s ELICOS students recently had a short trip to the National Gallery of Victoria and Hosier Lane street art in November end. This trip was after a Yarra River cruise excursion. The general English or ELICOS students learned many new things and enjoyed themselves at the national gallery at the art lane.
National Gallery of Victoria
The Ian Potter Centre is home of the Australian art. It presents indigenous and non-indigenous art from the colonial period to the present day. The national gallery Victoria collection contains approximately 75,000 works of art. The gallery includes images, works and names of the deceased Indigenous people.

Hosier Lane Street Art
The hosier lane is renowned for its street art. The famous bluestone laneway houses street art that has made Melbourne an urban art scene across the globe. The dizzying array of colours, characters and shapes are created by local and international artists alike.
The students enjoyed their excursion and learnt many new things. RGIT Australia is a leading vocational education and training college with campuses in Melbourne and Hobart.
