This department includes RGIT Australia's student welfare committee and a team of student support and welfare staff. The student welfare and counselling staff offers confidential support services and external referrals whenever necessary.

The international students can take advantage of the Study Melbourne Student Centre (SMSC). It is a one-stop-shop for all the international students' queries and concerns.
