Barista Course

In this course, the students learn the skills and knowledge that is needed to extract and serve espresso coffee beverages using commercial espresso machines. The students learn the ability to advise customers on coffee beverages, select and grind coffee beans, prepare and assess espresso coffee beverages and to use, maintain and clean espresso machines.

Coffee Art

The coffee art course teaches students the necessary skills and conditions required to produce professional latte art. The latte artist teaches the students on how to “free pour” creative coffee art designs. It also refines the essential procedures for steaming milk to create the perfect texture for latte art and discusses the art of crema to highlight the design

RSA Course

Responsible Service of Alcohol or RSA course incorporates the knowledge requirements, under state and territory liquor licensing law, for employees engaged in the sale or service of alcohol. The participants learn how to serve or sell alcohol responsibly, how to assist customers to drink within appropriate limits, how to assess alcohol-affected customers and identify customers to whom sale or service must be refused and how to refuse to provide alcohol.
